People really are amazing…
A couple of months ago I moved to a new city and for the first time started living close to a decent-sized cinema. In the first week that I was here they showed a Korean monster movie that I’ve been wanting to see for a couple of years. It’s called The Host (UK link![]()

) and it’s just been released on DVD in the UK. If you want a good laugh, go and have a look at the one review of the film on the Amazon.com site. Bear in mind that this is a film where a giant mutant tadpole terrorises the capital of South Korea. The tadpole is the fictional result of a ‘real’ event where chemicals where let into the city’s river. So, remembering that giant mutant tadpole plot, try to get your head around a person who feels the need to write that ‘[t]he results that they are trying to indicate would never be caused by the chemical shown.’ Really? I never would have guessed.
