Word for the day: “zymurgy” is the science of fermentation, so a zymurgist is a brewer. I guess a zymurgologist might be someone who studies the work of zymurgists, although I’m not so sure about that one, and they’re usually called ‘friends’ or ‘drunkards’ (or both).
