I may have missed a few, and some of the chapter references may be a bit off, but I promise you they’re all in there!
I’m going through editing my novel at the moment (57% through and counting) and it’s really hammering home for me how careful you have to be to avoid repeating the same expressions time after time. How J K Rowling’s editor didn’t pick up this phrase after seven books, I really don’t know.
