In case you haven’t seen it, the Valve Employee handbook has been circulating on the web recently and making a lot of games developers slightly green with envy. This is in stark contrast to Foxconn, who, in fairness, do eventually seem to be beginning to improve conditions (moving employees from the ninth to the eighth circle of hell).
