Trouble Down Pit

Doel is a small town in Belgium. It’s sandwiched between two nuclear power plants and nearly completely abandoned. Graffiti artists from all over Europe have gone there to decorate the walls, Some of the artworks are amazing, others are only scrawled messages.

A few of the buildings can be entered. I didn’t dare to go further into this one because the next step up was completely decayed. There’s a very strange atmosphere in a home that is falling apart, and it seemed appropriate to share this on Halloween week.
