This is true. The Belgians really are getting by with no government, which is pretty cool (although apparently this will eventually cause problems if they don’t get one in the end).
I’ve been watching the complete box set of Babylon 5 recently (which turns out looks better than you might imagine and the writing is still very good) and found something unusual – the Brits get a far better and cheaper box set than the Americans. In the US it costs $200 to buy all of the series without any extra stuff, but in the UK you can get the whole lot including the spin off series and all of the films for £50 (US $80). Frankly this is pretty weird, because the US usually gets far better deals than Britain.
