I was really pleased with that title for this strip, it’s a shame no-one reads the titles.

I spent the weekend with my partner’s parents. We wandered around an antiques fair and I bought a little Chinese statue that may or may not be about 150 years old, and a little badge from Stalinist Russia. They have joined my small shrine of cultural detritus that serves as a point of inspiration for me on my window ledge. I really should take a photo of it some time. This was far more interesting for me to do than it was for you to read. Sorry. If it makes you feel any better, I suspect that I am sun-burnt.
